Orders and Payment
Your order becomes binding once accepted by Jason Don Fine Art. Orders can be placed either through the online shop or by emailing hello@jasondon.art.
All goods remain the sole property of Jason Don Fine Art until full payment has been received. To purchase products from this website, you must be over 18 years of age and register by providing your full name, phone number, email address, payment details, and a valid delivery address.
Online orders are directed to Squarespace Payments for secure online payment. Upon order placement, you will receive an acknowledgment email detailing the products ordered.
Any additional items needed due to under-ordering are treated as separate orders and cannot be added to previous orders.
Products
Every effort is made to ensure online product displays accurately reflect actual items, though slight variations may occur due to the unique nature of materials used. This natural variability is part of the uniqueness of each artwork, and Jason Don Fine Art assumes no liability for such differences.
Product dimensions listed may also have minor variances. Jason Don Fine Art reserves the right to update product specifications and withdraw any product listings as necessary.
Stone Carvings
Stone carvings do not include brackets or installation hardware. While Jason Don Fine Art can provide guidance, we strongly recommend hiring professional assistance to securely mount all artworks.
Outdoor display of stone carvings may result in natural weathering, which can alter the stone’s color over time. Cleaning or treating the stone is generally discouraged. For any questions about care, please contact hello@jasondon.art. Jason Don Fine Art is not responsible for weather-related changes or accidental damage to outdoor-displayed artwork.
Jason Don Fine Art takes great care in crafting and securely packaging each piece of stone artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Due to the nature of the materials used, stone artworks may be delicate and should be handled with care. Once the artwork arrives and has been confirmed in perfect condition by the customer, Jason Don Fine Art is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur, whether due to mishandling, improper installation, environmental exposure, or other factors.
Customers are advised to consult professional assistance if they wish to mount or display the artwork in a manner that requires secure installation. Jason Don Fine Art is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, placement, or display of artwork purchased from this website, including but not limited to any damage caused by environmental factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions for outdoor displays.
This limitation of liability applies to any loss, damage, or injury associated with our artwork after delivery, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. By purchasing from Jason Don Fine Art, you agree to accept full responsibility for the care, display, and any subsequent handling of the artwork following its receipt in good condition.
Commissions
A 50% deposit is required upon agreeing on the design for commissions, covering materials and initial design fees. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Jason Don collaborates closely with clients on custom works and will provide updates on progress and estimated completion. Commissions include any goods customized to your specifications, such as inscriptions, sculptures, and carvings, and are non-refundable.
Jason Don Fine Art reserves the right to use images and designs of commissions on its website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties.
Returns and Refunds
Jason Don Fine Art aims to provide high-quality, carefully crafted stone artwork. Please review our return policies for both ready-made and made-to-order items below.
Ready-Made Items
Order Cancellation
Orders for ready-made items can be canceled prior to shipping, and a full refund will be issued.
Damaged Items on Arrival
In the unlikely case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at hello@jasondon.art with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Jason Don Fine Art will cover return shipping costs for damaged items and arrange for a replacement, repair, as needed. Please retain all original packaging to facilitate the return process.
Returns for Refund
If you wish to return a ready-made item for a refund, you must notify Jason Don Fine Art via email at hello@jasondon.art within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.
Made-to-Order & Customized Items
Non-Refundable Items
Items that are personalized, bespoke, or specifically crafted to your unique specifications are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a fault, Jason Don Fine Art will work with you to resolve it, which may include repairs or, if necessary, a replacement.
Delivery Condition Check
Upon receipt, please inspect your order with the courier present if possible. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement or repair will be provided. Please photograph any damage and email hello@jasondon.art within 2 days of receipt.

Liability
